London Borough of Barnet (Colindale Station Redevelopment) Compulsory Purchase Order 2020

 

In March 2020 the London Borough of Barnet granted planning permission to Transport for London to:

 

  • Replace the existing station building at Colindale
  • Build new homes on either side of the new station building

Our plans include a much-enlarged station concourse, with step-free access to platform level, and around 300 new homes, half of which will be affordable.

 

The redevelopment requires additional land beyond that in the control of Transport for London and the London Borough of Barnet have made a Compulsory Purchase Order to acquire that land. The documents below are the key documents relating to the Compulsory Purchase Order.
