2018 marks the centenary of the Representation of the People Act, which gave the first women in Britain the right to vote. 100 years down the line we are celebrating the achievements of women and driving change for the future of women's equality with the #BehindEveryGreatCity campaign.

To celebrate, we are hosting an open day for our new customer service assistant (CSA) Night Tube role. At the open day you will find out to more about the role, the recruitment process, the benefits and what it is like to work for TfL.

This is one of the many ways TfL is committed to our ongoing diversity agenda within London Underground and in inspiring, supporting and empowering as many women as possible on this journey.

The role

Our CSAs deliver exceptional service to all London Underground customers, providing assistance according to customer needs. You will be our public face, proactively approaching customers who may need help purchasing tickets, advising them on their journeys with real time information whilst providing a welcoming presence throughout the station.


Be 18 years old and over and be eligible to work in the UK.
Be able to work Friday nights and Saturday nights, including any relevant public holidays
Be able to work in any location covered by the London Underground Network
