On a 10-week summer placement starting in the June, or a year in industry starting in September, you will learn and gain meaningful, valuable experience in a real job with real responsibilities.

During your programme, your line manager will formally appraise your performance and provide feedback and coaching to build on your key strengths and development areas. You will have a sponsors, a mentor and a scheme advisor who will support you throughout the whole programme.

At the end of your placement, you may have the opportunity to be considered for a graduate position through our fast-track process if there is a direct graduate scheme available.
