We are asking children to use their imaginations to draw a picture or write a story about how women at TfL keep London moving.
From the engineers who fix and control traffic lights and keep the trains running, to the designers who imagine what our streets, bridges and trains will look like - there are a range of different roles to inspire the next generation.
The competitions are open to children between 5 and 14 years old who are either living or attending school in Greater London. There are three different age categories.
We'll use the entries from the winners and the runners up to create a limited edition book.
The winners of the competition will get the opportunity to visit the factory where the book is being made and take a behind the scenes tour at Transport for London to find out more about some of the jobs women do to keep London moving.
