Little Miss Helpful has hey Oyster card ready

We want every journey to be as pleasant as possible - and that means encouraging our customers to be more aware and considerate when travelling.

Our Travel Better London campaign seeks to address passenger behaviours that can lead to service delays or inconvenience other passengers.

Our key messages for 2016/17 include:

  • Not blocking and holding doors
  • Moving down inside
  • What to do if you feel ill on a train
  • Having your ticket ready
  • Making space for wheelchair users
  • Taking your litter with you

The current campaign uses the familiarity and nostalgia associated with the iconic Mr Men and Little Miss characters to remind customers of the steps they can take to help keep our services running on time.
