If you would like to take part, please email faresguru@tfl.gov.uk with:

  • Your contact details
  • The type of ticket you use (pay as you go with Oyster, pay as you go with Contactless, Travelcard etc)
  • A brief description of your journeys
  • Any discounts or concessions that you use

We will then recommend your best ticket option and you may be invited to go on air to discuss your journey patterns with Shashi Verma, Director of Customer Experience, to find out whether you could make a saving.

Regardless of whether you are selected or wish to go on air, you will receive written fares advice within 10 working days.
