We are sorry for the current disruption to customers using the Central line. This is due to a serious fault developing in the power supply equipment. Our engineers are working hard to fix this, but it is currently preventing us from running a full service on the line.
We realise that not everyone has flexibility but, if you can, please avoid using the Central line and use alternative Tube, rail and bus services during peak times. The disruption is expected to last until later this week.
London Underground tickets are being accepted on London Buses and National Rail services via reasonable routes.
