Superloop
Unlike conventional bus services, Superloop routes only serve key locations and do not stop at every stop they pass. This means you can get to your destination quicker.
Superloop in numbers
The Outer London loop covers 138 kilometres and adds 6 million bus kilometres to London's road network.
It stops in 23 boroughs and serves 55 bus and rail stations.
In 2023, we rebranded and renumbered 4 express buses. We also added 5 new services at the end of 2023 and the start of 2024.
Superloop benefits
For £1.75, you can travel direct from West Croydon to Heathrow Airport or Uxbridge to White City. This is exactly the same price as any other bus journey.
Superloop offers even more alternatives to private cars as part of our ongoing Outer London improvement works.

Service improvements
Superloop stops and shelters have improved branding to stand out. This includes illuminated Superloop shelter toppers, red e-tiles (detailing the route numbers) and Superloop name tags.
We've also added live arrival information to many of our shelters to keep you informed of when your bus will arrive.
All Superloop buses have unique white and red design. We've added the route map to the outside of the vehicles that shows the key stopping locations on each route.
We're also fitting USB charging ports on all Superloop routes by spring 2024.
