Strikes
Tube strikes planned - November 2024
Tube strikes are planned which will affect services on some days in November.
Most London Underground lines are not expected to run between Tuesday 5 and Friday 8 November, and on Tuesday 12 November. Should the action go ahead, no Tube service is expected on Thursday 7 November.
This is how we expect services to run:
Tube
Sunday 3 November
- Tube services will finish earlier than normal
- Complete your journey by 17:00
Monday 4 November
- Normal service
Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 November:
- Severe disruption, with little to no service expected
- Any services that run are expected to start late and finish early
Thursday 7 November
- No Tube services expected
Friday 8 November
- Severe disruption on the Tube, including Night Tube, with little to no service expected
- Any services that run are expected to start late and finish early
Saturday 9 November
- Tube services expected to start late
Sunday 10-Monday 11 November
- The Tube will run as normal, but some services may be affected by planned works
Tuesday 12 November
- Severe disruption on the Tube, with little to no service expected
- Any services that run are expected to start late and finish early.
Other TfL services
- There are no strikes planned on other TfL services during this period
- Some DLR, London Overground (including Night Overground) and Elizabeth line services may not stop at certain stations with Tube lines. This is due to possible station closures
- Other transport services will be extremely busy and journeys may be delayed
- Roads will be extremely busy
