1.1 K* = Σp CAP(p) × WTB(p) where: WTB(p) is a fixed weight for time band p, a Fixed Parameter defined in the relevant Capability Model Data; OTTP(p) is the on-Train time for time band p as calculated in the relevant Capability Model; APWT(p) is the Achievable Platform Wait Time for time band p as calculated in the relevant Capability Model; and CP(p) is the Crowding Penalty as calculated in the relevant Capability Model. |
