1. General |
| 1.1 LUL and Infraco acknowledge that changes may be made from time to time to the measurement methodology, processes and supporting computer systems described in this Performance Measurement Code ( such changes being described in this Section Three as Changes or Change, as the context requires ) and that such Changes shall be made in accordance with this Section Three. |
| 1.2 Reviews of the measurement methodology, processes and supporting computer systems described in this Performance Measurement Code shall take place every three (3) months or as otherwise agreed by the parties. Any proposals for Changes shall be discussed at such reviews. |
| 1.3 LUL and the Infracos ( collectively, for the purposes of this Section Three only, the parties, and party shall mean any one of them ) shall participate in the reviews referred in paragraph 1.2 above. |
| 1.4 This Section Three shall not apply to the Capability Models. To avoid doubt, no change shall be made to the Capability Model unless such change is agreed or determined pursuant to any other express provision of any Transaction Document or is otherwise agreed between the parties. |
