SCHEDULE 5.17A - Form of Notice of Instruction (Emergency Direction) To Infraco Attention: [ ] Emergency Direction The undersigned as a director of LUL or his duly authorised nominee hereby certifies that it is necessary for Infraco to take the steps set out below for reasons of health and safety or security pursuant to clause 23.2(a) of the contract between us dated [ ] ( the Contract ). Terms defined in the Contract shall bear the same meaning herein. LUL hereby instructs Infraco to immediately take the following steps : [ ] In the event that Infraco disputes the right for LUL to issue a Notice of Instruction, Infraco shall subject to clause 23.2B of the Contract take the steps set out above until an Adjudicator has rendered his decision in accordance with the provisions of the Dispute Resolution Agreement or until such time as Infraco is instructed otherwise by LUL, whichever shall be the first to occur.
