Mandatory use
Infraco shall use the New Johnston Typeface and the Roundel on:- Clothing - general uniforms;
- Clothing - special incidents;
- Engineering and emergency response Rolling Stock and road vehicles;
- Temporary site signs and work hoardings;
- Train and Station signs and notices; and
- Trains ( including new Trains i.e. not existing at the Transfer Date ).
Infraco may use the New Johnston Typeface and Roundel in conjunction with a secondary Infraco brand for the purposes specified in (i) to (v) above.

Elective use
To the extent necessary to provide the Services, Infraco may use the New Johnston Typeface and Roundel on personal protective equipment.
