The Trustees of the TfL Pension Fund have decided to close Clerical Medical as an investment option for Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs). The Trustees were no longer confident about the long-term growth prospects of Clerical Medical funds, or about the quality of their administration.
The sets out your options and what you can do now. The sheet also explains that Clerical Medical may make a deduction for switching out of their with-profits fund. Please note that the Trustees cannot give financial advice. However, the sheet gives details of how to find an independent financial adviser.
