When you become a pensioner of the Fund, you automatically have free membership of the pensioner liaison scheme. Your dependants also become automatic members of the scheme.
Under this scheme, local volunteer pensioner liaison representatives can visit you and act as a link between you and the TfL pensioner liaison manager. Pensioner liaison representatives operate within their local areas (approximately a 10-mile radius from where they live).
