There's no substitute for experience - and at Transport for London (TfL) we'll give you the opportunity to get that, even before you've graduated. With our student placements, you can experience work and life at TfL, and get real insight into our business and culture. In addition to gaining valuable experience, you'll also make a real contribution to key transport projects that are changing the face of the Capital. During your placement, you will be paid for working full-time and also receive free travel on the entire TfL network.
A student placement will also put you in a strong position when applying for our TfL Graduate Scheme. You will gain valuable experience and you will also have the chance to fast track through the graduate application process to the final stages. You'll need to be studying in a sandwich degree course, currently in your second year of study and returning to your final year after your Year in Industry placement.
Year in Industry placements start in September 2012.
