Kew Gardens ticket offer

See the list of terms and conditions for participating in the Kew Gardens 30% off ticket offer.

Enjoy 30% off adult and concession tickets to Kew Gardens from 3 March 2023 to 31 October 2023 (excluding 7-10 April and 27-29 August 2023). The offer is valid when travel on that same day using the Transport for London (TfL) network is proven using either the TfL Oyster and Contactless app or with a valid paper ticket when purchased on the Kew Gardens website or at the garden entrances.

Subject to full terms and conditions below:

  • Valid on Kew Gardens adult and concession standard daytime tickets purchased on the Kew Gardens website or at Kew Gardens' entrance gates only. If purchasing online, use the code [KEWTFL30] to apply the discount
  • Up to 4 adult or concession (visitors with a disability and senior citizens aged 65+) tickets may be purchased for each TfL journey proven via the TfL Oyster and contactless app or paper ticket at any one visit
  • Only valid on Kew Gardens standard tickets purchased the day of visit or the day before visit. Advance Kew Gardens tickets - those purchased two days or more in advance from your date of visit - are not included in this offer
  • Not valid on family tickets, young person or child tickets
  • To qualify for the offer, one person from each party of up to 4 adults or concessions must show proof of having travelled on the TfL network on the day of visiting (all modes of TfL travel excluding Santander Cycles). We will only accept proof of TfL travel via the TfL Oyster and contactless app or via a TfL paper ticket, which you will need to present at the garden entrance at the point of arrival. You will need to download and log into the app in advance. If you book a discounted entry ticket online and do not show proof of TfL travel via the app or paper ticket at the point of arrival, the ticket will not be valid and you will need to pay the difference between the discounted price and the full adult or concession price for each person in your group
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and if booked online it must be through the Kew Gardens website
  • The offer only applies to standard adult and concession tickets. For a full list of Kew's prices and to check if you qualify for discounted entry that is cheaper than this offer (such as our young person's ticket for 16-24-years-old or our £1 ticket for those on Universal and/or Pensions Credit) visit the Kew Gardens website
  • The offer applies to standard daytime entry and is not valid for any events
  • The offer is valid for 7 days a week from 3 March 2023 until 31 October 2023, excluding 7-10 April and 27-29 August 2023
  • Check the Kew Gardens website for opening times
  • Travel using Santander Cycles, Freedom Passes or other discounted tickets does not qualify as a valid TfL journey for the purposes of this Kew Gardens discount
