TfL Cycle Sundays - free Day Pass

Get a free Santander Cycles Day Pass every Sunday in June 2024 with TfL Cycle Sundays.

Use promo code CYCLESUNDAYS on each Sunday to unlock unlimited 30-minute rides.

Download the Santander Cycles app or head to a docking station terminal to redeem the code.

  • E-bikes are an additional £1 per journey and can only be hired on the app
  • Dock your bike within 30 minutes to avoid charges (£1.65 for pedal bikes, £3.30 for e-bikes for each additional 30 minutes)

Students

Students aged 18 or over can save 25% on the cost of our £120 annual subscription, getting unlimited 60-minute rides for £30 less than usual. To get your discount, sign up with Student Beans.

You'll receive an email with your code which you can use when you buy an annual subscription.

Graduates

Graduates qualify for a 25% discount on the £120 annual subscription through Grad Beans. If you've graduated within 5 years you can get unlimited 60 minute journeys for £90.

Simply verify your graduate status (it's free) with Grad Beans to get your discount code.

Concessions

If you hold any of these cards or discounts you're entitled to a 50% discount on monthly (£20) or annual (£120) Santander Cycles subscriptions:

  • Apprentice Oyster card
  • Freedom Pass
  • 60+ London Oyster Card
  • Veterans Oyster photocard
  • Bus & Tram Discount
  • Jobcentre Plus Travel Discount

Both subscriptions offer unlimited 60-minute rides for as long as they last. Claim your discount by:

  • Filling out the Santander Cycles contact form with your 12-digit Oyster or Freedom Pass card number
  • Submitting a photo of your Freedom Pass (if you have a Freedom Pass)
  • Asking for EITHER a monthly or annual Cycle Hire membership promo code

Cycle to work

If you're using a Santander Cycle to get to work, you can save 30-47% on the cost of our £120 annual subscription and spread the cost over 12 months with our cycle to work partners CycleSaver or Cyclescheme.

Your employer will need to sign up so you can benefit from this tax-free annual subscription.

NHS workers

We support NHS employees to cycle by offering a 50% discount on our annual subscription. That's a year of unlimited 60-minute rides for £60.

Just use your NHS email to contact enquiries@santandercycles.tfl.gov.uk. You'll be sent a promo code as soon as your request has been validated.

Scrappage scheme

Successful applicants to our vehicle scrappage scheme can get 25% off a Santander Cycles annual subscription - this offers unlimited 60-minute rides for a year. Claim your discount by emailing your offer letter to: enquiries@santandercycles.tfl.gov.uk

We'll send you a promo code that can be redeemed on the Santander Cycles app or online.
